PASMA Scaffold Tower Inspection training by UK Construction Training can be carried out at our training centre in London or, provided your premises or site has both an area for the practical training and an indoor room in which to carry out the theoretical elements of the course, we can also conduct the training at any location of your choice nationwide (minimum 4 delegates required).
This course, the latest from PASMA, is designed to enable your supervisory staff to know and understand the relevant safety legislation, inspect erected towers for faults, accurately check components against the manufacturer's instruction manual, be aware of the potential risks and hazards and the precautions necessary to stop them turning into accidents
THE COURSE
Most courses start between 8.00 and 9.00am and finish at approximately 3.00 – 3.30pm. This includes a break for lunch. The course follows a strict agenda as set by PASMA and includes both theoretical and practical elements. In short, delegates will learn component identification, assembly criteria, stability, overloading, adverse weather and working in public places. Delegates will be asked to undertake risk assessment exercises on three different scenarios, complete a fault identification task and sit a test paper.
COST
Price for the training includes course certificate and all course paperwork. Dependant upon the number of delegates the cost, per person, exclusive of VAT will be as follows:
